This Privacy Policy outlines New Growth Counseling, LLC ("we", "our" or "the Company") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.newgrowthindy.com ("Site"), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: "Users").  This Privacy Policy was updated on 2/6/25.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to lharris@newgrwothindy.com or 317-857-3157  After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
